اشراق اور چاشت کی نماز
Ishraq aur chasht ki namaz are two morning nafl prayers with remarkable reward. Ishraq is prayed shortly after sunrise; chasht (salat ad-duha) later in the morning, before zawal. Both take only a few minutes.
From about 15 to 20 minutes after sunrise, once the sun has fully risen, until mid-morning. Praying while the sun is still rising is not allowed.
The Prophet ﷺ said: "Whoever prays Fajr in congregation, then sits remembering Allah until the sun has risen, then prays two rak'ahs, he will have a reward like that of Hajj and Umrah, complete, complete, complete" (Jami at-Tirmidhi 586, graded hasan by al-Albani).
2 or 4 rakats nafl, prayed in pairs like any nafl prayer (namaz ka tarika). Niyat: "2 rakats nafl ishraq, for Allah."
From after ishraq until shortly before zawal. The best time is mid-morning, when the day has warmed: the Prophet ﷺ called it the prayer of the devout "when the young camels feel the heat of the sun" (Sahih Muslim). Our sunrise pages show the mid-morning time as "Chasht".
Abu Hurairah said: "My friend (the Prophet ﷺ) instructed me to do three things: fast three days every month, pray two rak'ahs of duha, and pray witr before sleeping" (Sahih Muslim 1672).
At least 2; the Prophet ﷺ prayed 4 and 8 at different times, and scholars mention up to 12.

2 or 4 rakats.
Yes. Women pray Fajr at home, sit in dhikr until sunrise and then pray ishraq.
No. Stop a few minutes before zawal; praying at zawal is not allowed (makrooh auqat).
Tomorrow after Fajr, stay on your prayer mat with dhikr or Quran until the sun is up and pray two rakats of ishraq. It is one of the easiest great rewards in the day.
